What the band plays
The stage at El Barrio Latino is made for dancing. The band opens with Latin rhythms, salsa, bachata, cumbia, merengue, and follows the room when it wants something else.
Salsa, raï and chaabi
The band does not stop at Latin rhythms. Depending on the night and the mood of the room, it moves on to raï and Moroccan chaabi, and the dance floor follows: the same stage, with songs the whole room knows. The weekly programme is on Instagram.
The videos the house publishes show the full line-up: singers, violin, guitar, keyboard and percussion, under the green neon that lights the room. There is a glimpse of it in the vibe on the home page.
When to come
The weekly programme is posted on Instagram (@el_barrio_latino): band nights, karaoke nights and matches.
Some nights the stage goes to the guests: those are the karaoke nights. On big match nights the screens take over, see football in Agdal.
Dinner during the show
The kitchen serves at the table all evening. A few lines from the current menu, prices in dirhams:
The rest is on the full menu, drinks included.
